The B6 HTS Protection System™
We are very proud to present the B6 HTS Protection System™, a logistics concept for the protection and safety of wind turbine components such as blades and towers during Handling, Transportation, and Storage (HTS), ensuring they remain undamaged and free from repair costs.
B6 Cradle™
B6 Cradle™ provides reliable protection for blades and towers during production, transportation, repair, and storage. Designed to prevent slipping, scratches, and damage, it supports up to 350 tons and is suitable for all blade and tower types.
With customizable friction levels, lightweight construction, and durable materials, the B6 Cradle™ is designed for repeated use. Available in a wide range of variants and features to suit different applications and streamline production processes.
B6 Carrier Pad™
The B6 Carrier Pad™ provides modular surface protection for blades and towers during handling, transportation, and storage. Designed for safety and sustainability, it combines high load capacity with a non-slip PUR surface and is easy to apply for different tasks.
Tested for compression, friction, and aging, the B6 Carrier Pad ensures reliable performance and long service life. Available in both circular and square variants to suit different applications and operational requirements.
B6 Blade Tip Protector™
B6 Blade Turner™
The innovative B6 Blade Turner™ supports the rotation process in wind turbine blade production, providing a perfect fit and controlled, safe handling. Easy to operate and remote controlled, it conforms to the blade contours while protecting the leading edge, and a unique braking system ensures stable and safe operations throughout.
